Virginia Tech Design Assistance Team Presented
at the Town Council Meeting February 20, 2012
St. Paul Tomorrow's Lou Wallace and Virginia Tech Team members Michael La Roche,
Laurel Heile and Caitlin Edenfield presented conceptional imagery and discussed the
future Bluebell Island walking trail and updates to our park during the Council meeting
Monday at the Town Hall. They did a great job with the proposed plans and presentation.
