2013 marks the 15th anniversary of The annual Clinch River Festival, opening with a reception at St. Paul’s RR Museum. Photography and art works of renowned local artists are exhibited and the Heart of Southwest Virginia Community Orchestra performs an outside concert on the lawn. Then the banks of the Clinch River in St. Paul's park come alive with entertainment, vendors, wine tasting, music venues, Civil War re-enactors, games, competitions, exhibitions and a whole lot of fun. The Town of St. Paul, St. Paul Tomorrow, the Oxbow Center and the Clinch River Farmers Market presents this free year-round musical event for the entire region.The winter Pickin' In The Park is the 2nd Saturday - held inside at Oxbow Center.
