NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of St. Paul, Virginia, will conduct the first of two public hearings in the Council Chambers of the St. Paul Town Hall (16531 Russell Street, St. Paul, VA 24283) on Monday, May 11, 2026 beginning at 6 p.m. to consider and allow public comment on the following proposed ordinance amendment:
15 MPH Speed Limits
Any citizen, taxpayer, or interested person shall have the right to attend and state his or her views orally or in writing on these proposed ordinances.
