Notice of Special Joint Council and IDA Meeting
NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of St Paul will hold a special called meeting between the St Paul Town Council and the St Paul Industrial Development Authority. This meeting will be on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. and will be located at Town Hall (16531 Russell Street, St Paul, Virginia 24283). The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss matters under Virginia Code Section 2.2-3711(A)(6) Finance, 2.2-3711(A)(7) Legal Matters, and 2.2-3711(A)(3) Acquisition and Disposition of Property as they relate to the Western Front Hotel.
